The project introduced and tested a multifunctional portable device with the functions of a pulse oximeter, a blood pressure monitor, a contact/non-contact thermometer and a glucometer, which records the basic vital functions of patients. The device also enables digital data transmission, which significantly speeds up diagnosis as well as enables basic diagnosis of the patient remotely. The testing at Zan Mitrev Clinic and in cooperation with Health Education and Research Association (HERA) has shown that the device is better used in hospitals rather than for remote diagnosis.
