The project explores the potential virtual power plants (VPPs) in Serbia that are driven by artificial intelligence (AI). VPPs are small energy communities producing electricity from renewable energy sources. AI is used to measure and predict energy production and consumption inside the virtual group. The project also evaluates electricity network and electricity market readiness for this solution in Serbia. If the analyses show that the examined market is suitable for the use of this technology, commercial activities will be undertaken.
